There are quality production made headers and performance manifolds on the market today and we will gladly install them and provide a performance mandrel bent exhaust system for optimum performance. But sometimes only custom will do and we provide the very finest in custom header fabrication.

Custom Header Fabrication is best done with the chassis brought to our shop we cannot guarantee a perfect fit otherwise. Please call us or fill out our header quote form for more information.

We also offer header modifications for vehicles with aftermarket equipment that interfere with tube designs of production headers.

Mild Steel Headers are 14 or 16 Gauge Mandrel Bent.  We recommend ceramic coating for the highest level of thermal protection, flow and added performance advantages. Our custom made tooling lets us offer a smooth non marred finish that will offer a superior finish for chroming as well.
